Preparing for your first visit

If you are visiting for the first time please come 15 minutes early to allow time to fill out appropriate forms and questionaires

In order for us to provide the best care for you, it is very important that you bring the following items to your visit:

  • Your referral letter

  • A Cd or Hard copy of any radiology films (X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound) and reports

  • Medicare and Private Insurance card and/or other insurance information

  • Workers compensation or Third party details

  • Medical records, letters from other orthopaedic doctors, previous operation reports

  • You may wish to bring a family member or close friend to the consultation

What to Expect
  •  Your first visit with Dr Soo is comprehensive and thorough. The first appointment will give him the necessary framework to customize your treatment plan.

  • Once your condition is assessed, custom treatment options are discussed to include an array of options including non-operative care, pain management, physical therapy, and in some cases surgical intervention.

  • Dr Soo will effectively communicate information about diagnosis and treatment options with their patients. You will leave educated regarding your diagnoses, and will have discussed treatment options and expected outcomes.

  • If Dr Soo recommends further diagnostic studies or additional treatment he will want you to understand the reasons behind your plan of care.

  • Because each patient's condition is unique, he will spend quality time with you to address all of your questions and make sure you are informed about the next steps.
